AuditMySocials is built to audit public social profiles, capture resource requests, and route audit requests. This page explains the data handled by the current public audit experience.
Public audit inputs
Free audits use public profile usernames, handles, URLs, profile fields, and recent public content signals. Free audit pages are public by default. Sample or incomplete profile data is kept out of search until it is complete enough for a public report. Do not submit private-account credentials or non-public profile data into the free audit flow.
Form submissions
Download forms collect email, optional name, optional company, source page, audit ID, resource choice, and UTM attribution so requested resources can be delivered. Audit request and support forms open a prepared email to hello@auditmysocials.com; the app only tracks aggregate demand signals such as source page, platform, request type, audit ID, and UTM attribution.
Retention
Raw form submissions are not stored in the app KV. Download grants and rate-limit counters are kept only as long as needed to unlock requested resources and prevent abuse. Funnel events are kept for up to 180 days and use privacy hashes for IP and email-derived rate-limit keys.
Storage and routing
Download forms may route submitted details to a connected CRM, mailing workflow, or direct email fallback. Provider keys and webhook secrets are server-only. Audit data, profile snapshots, download grants, rate-limit counters, and non-PII funnel events are stored in Cloudflare-backed storage when configured.
